HappyClinic is built for Indian physiotherapy clinics. We offer a generous free trial so you can fully evaluate the platform before committing to a paid plan. We stand behind our product and want every clinic to have a positive experience.

30-Day Free Trial

Every new clinic gets a 30-day free trial with a valid coupon code — no credit card required. This gives you full access to all features, including patient management, course booking, recovery analytics, and PDF clinical reports, before you pay anything.

We strongly encourage you to use the trial period thoroughly to evaluate whether HappyClinic fits your clinic's workflow.

Refund Eligibility

If you subscribed to a paid plan and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment. No questions asked.

To be eligible for a refund:

After 7 days, subscription fees are non-refundable. You will retain access to the platform until the end of your current billing period.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at yuktaiconnect@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91-9356638661 with your registered clinic email and the reason for your refund request. We will review and process eligible refunds within 5–7 business days via Razorpay back to your original payment method.
